  • Medical Information is the collection, handling and dissemination of information on medications, and their safe and correct use. The Medical Information department is the primary interface between the Company/Organisation and the patient/consumer or healthcare professional.​

    Biopharmaceutical companies are expected to handle complaints about the quality of their products (i.e. product quality complaints or PQCs), and to capture reports of potential adverse events (i.e. AEs) to help ensure patient safety.
